COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course meets once a week for four weeks on Fridays or Saturdays from 8am-11am on Santa Monica beach. Your purchase includes surf instruction with certified surf instructors, surfboard and wetsuit rental, mindfulness instruction and group processing with a licensed psychotherapist.
